This Disclaimer governs your use of the website, content, and coaching services provided by Cam Impact Financial Coaching (the "Coach").
1. Coaching Status and Scope of Service
The Coach, Jeanette Custodio, is a Certified Financial Coach (FCMT) and a SYMBIS Facilitator, specializing in behavioral finance and relational alignment.
The Coach is NOT a Licensed Financial Advisor, Investment Advisor, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Attorney, or Licensed Therapist.
Our services are strictly limited to coaching, education, motivation, and accountability based on our proprietary The Financial Alignment Journey™ methodology. We do not provide, nor are we authorized to provide, advice concerning the buying or selling of specific securities, tax preparation, legal counsel, or insurance products.
2. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
All content on this website, in all workbooks (including the Financial Alignment Blueprint), in session discussions, and in any free tools (including the Debt Freedom Calculator), is for educational and informational purposes only.
- Any strategies discussed (including debt payoff methods and investment principles) are general guidelines and must be adapted to your unique circumstances.
- The results projected by calculators or mentioned in client testimonials are not guarantees of your future results. Financial success depends on the client's effort, consistency, and market performance.
3. Client Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
The Client acknowledges and agrees that they retain full and sole responsibility for their own financial well-being and all decisions made during and after coaching.
- The Client is solely responsible for implementing strategies, managing debt payments, filing tax returns, and making all investment decisions.
- The Client must consult with a licensed professional (CPA, Attorney, Financial Advisor) regarding any major financial, legal, or investment action.
The Coach shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, damages, or adverse consequences resulting from the Client's interpretation or application of the information provided during coaching.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Financial Alignment Journey™ is the proprietary and copyrighted intellectual property of Cam Impact Financial Coaching. All materials are provided under a limited license for the Client's personal use only, as outlined in the separate Coaching Agreement.
5. Certification Disclosure
The Coach's certification through the Financial Coach Master Training (FCMT) program and status as a SYMBIS Facilitator attests to training in financial behavior and relationship dynamics but does not grant licensure as a financial or investment advisor.
